Dr. Stephen Poulin
PT, DPT, C-PT
Dr. Poulin received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He was Vice President of the Exercise Physiology Club and earned a clinical excellence award during his clinical rotations.
Steve went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, also from UMass Lowell, in 2003. He continued his leadership there as President of the Physical Therapy Club. His clinical rotations brought him all the way to Miami, Florida where he fell in love with the palm trees and warm weather.
Steve has worked in outpatient physical therapy for the past 20 years. He has done additional training in dry needling and received a certification as a performance specialist.
He is well known in the community as a fun-loving, caring person who builds long lasting relationships with his patients. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, cooking, camping, relaxing by the pool, and helping others.

Julie LaSante
PT
Julie, a Littleton native, is passionate about sharing her expertise in physical therapy and fitness with her community.
She earned her BS and Master's in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University and has 15 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, focusing on orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, vestibular issues, and sports injuries.
More recently, she completed 600 hours of training to become a certified Pilates instructor with Power Pilates and teaches at Bodylines Pilates in Harvard. Here, she applies her extensive knowledge of the human body to help clients adapt Pilates to their specific needs.
Outside of her professional life, Julie enjoys family time with her husband, three children, and their black lab, Toby. Family time often includes beach outings, hiking, camping, traveling, and spending weekends at their lake house. She's also an avid runner, reader, baker, and a committed soccer mom.

Sean Crockett
PTA, CSCS
With over 40 years of experience in the field and more than two decades serving his local community, Sean brings a deep passion for helping individuals of all ages and ability levels—from the sedentary to college athletes—achieve their optimal functional health.
Sean is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. He holds a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has continually expanded his expertise through numerous continuing education courses. His treatment style is best described as eclectic, drawing from a variety of methods to tailor care uniquely to each patient’s needs.
Known for his compassionate and patient-centered approach, Sean has earned the trust and respect of countless individuals who value both his clinical expertise and his heartfelt dedication.
Beyond the clinic, Sean is a triathlete, a certified lifeguard, and, above all, a devoted husband and father. He thrives on time spent with his wife and kids, embracing an active, well-rounded lifestyle that mirrors the values he brings to his practice every day.

Linda Taricano
PT
Linda received her Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and her Master’s in physical therapy from UMass, Lowell. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Linda has developed a comprehensive skill set in both home care and outpatient orthopedic settings. She is highly adept at assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and neurological conditions. Linda specializes in creating patient-centered rehabilitation programs designed to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life. Her expertise includes manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and the use of assistive devices, all tailored to meet each patient's specific needs.
Linda has a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes. Whether in a home care environment or an outpatient orthopedic clinic, Linda is committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.

Laura Nejame
PT
Laura is a valued member of the team at Foundations Physical Therapy, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy. Known for her compassionate nature and dedication to helping others, Laura provides expert care with a personal touch.
She earned her degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University, where she also competed as a Division I soccer player. Her athletic background fuels her passion for treating sports medicine injuries, with special interests in shoulder rehabilitation, post-operative care, adolescent treatment, and back and neck pain.
Throughout her career, Laura has held leadership roles in a variety of outpatient settings—including a major hospital system, a private local clinic, and a practice that provided care to the Boston Celtics—giving her a well-rounded perspective and deep clinical expertise.
Outside the clinic, Laura enjoys an active lifestyle filled with hiking, golfing, traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.
